Tax Authority Recipient List

For tax payments, the recipient is always a state and federal tax authority that is already defined in the system. The Tax Authority Recipient List overlay enables you to select one or more recipients to add to the payment.

You can use the Filter options at the top of the overlay to locate authorities by their name using the * (asterisk) as a wildcard character. The example shows the list filtered to show only authorities beginning with the letter "M."

After selecting tax authorities and clicking Done, you are returned to the main page where the authorities will be added to the Recipients list.
