View Batch - Support Company Users

When a user is logged in under the support company, the options available on the View Batch page are slightly different to those normally available.

The support company user links are not present for other users.

These links enable support company users to do the following:

  • Download and view the contents of batch files (both inbound and outbound versions). An outbound file is available only after the batch has been transmitted.
  • Accept and reject confirmation files.

Several buttons do not appear if you are a support company user. These options process the batch file and include: Transmit Batch, Delete Batch, Delete Transaction, and Rebatch Transaction.
