View Batch

The View Batch page displays the contents of a selected batch file. You can also delete, approve, or transmit the batch (depending on the current batch status).

Fields / Options Description
Download Transaction Status options These options can be used to export transaction status information. The details included in the status file are the reference number, vendor name, amount, currency, and status.

You can export status data in these formats:

  • CSV (comma-separated values)
  • Tab (tab-separated values)
  • Fixed width
View History Clicking this button enables you to view the View Batch History page, which displays a log of past actions performed on the batch.
Select Batch This button opens a list where you can select the batch for detail display.
Advanced Search Clicking this button enables you to search for specific transactions based on a variety of search criteria.
Batch # A summary of totals for each batch, including the following:
  • The total number of transactions in the batch
  • The total amount in the batch
  • The total number of transactions that uploaded successfully
  • The total number of duplicate batch uploads
  • The total number of failed batch uploads

For uploaded batches, the total number of rejected transactions. If one or more rejected transactions exist, the page also displays a link that enables you to view the logs.

Transaction Reference Clicking the Transaction Reference link displays the Transaction Details page.

The Delete Transactions and Rebatch Transactions buttons enable you to modify the contents of a batch file.

Both options remove transactions from the batch, but in different ways:

  • Deleting transactions removes them entirely.
  • Rebatching transactions moves them to a different batch file.
Note: The actions available for a batch depend on the file type.

The Delete Batch and Transmit Batch buttons affect the entire batch file.
