Unenroll from Mobile Banking

The Unenroll From Mobile Banking overlay enables you to suspend access to Mobile Banking. Unenrolling from Mobile Banking is intended to be a permanent solution, as opposed to deactivation, which is a temporary method to disable access. By unenrolling, Mobile Banking is rendered unavailable, mobile activity history is also rendered unavailable, and all preferences and other information such as the mobile number, are no longer accessible in Universal Online Banker.

To unenroll from Mobile Banking

  • From the Activate Mobile Access page, click Submit Change.
