SureKey Enrollment
SureKey refers to simultaneously using two separate methods, one of which is outside of the Banking application, to identify you as an authorized user of the banking system. A mobile phone network is one common channel for the second method. For example, you access your bank account by logging in, and a one-time code is sent to your mobile phone via SMS. You use that one-time code to verify your identity to the banking application.
This added layer of security prevents the likelihood of hackers and malware from compromising the authentication process and gaining access to your banking information.
Note: SureKey is a generic name for this authentication process. Your bank may use a different name.
