Select Accounts for Real Time Update

Account/Account Number

Displays a user's entitled accounts, which are associated with a Product Subtype that is configured in SAM to receive real-time updates

Update Balances

Enables the user to select the accounts for which to update balances

Update Status/Last Update

Displays the Refresh Status and the last date and time this account's balances were updated. For details, see Refresh Statuses below.

Update Transactions

Enables the user to select the accounts for which to update transactions

Update Status/Last Update

Displays the refresh status and the last date/time this account's transactions were updated. For details, see Refresh Statuses below.

After selecting accounts, you can click the Submit button to issue the request to refresh data.

Refresh Statuses

Statuses are as follows:

  • Complete – The refresh process is complete for this account.
  • In Progress – The refresh process has is not yet complete. This status may display for one of two reasons:
    • The user requested a refresh of data, navigated away from this page, and has now returned to this page to check the status.
    • The user accessed this page while data was being refreshed at the request of a different user at the same corporation (or at another corporation, if the two corporations share the account).
  • Not Updated – No attempt has been made by any company user to update the account's balances or transactions.
Note: To prevent the same user from initiating a refresh data process more than once on the same account and to prevent other users at the same company from initiating a data refresh on an account that is currently being refreshed, the check boxes for accounts whose data is in the process of being refreshed are disabled.
