The mobile disclaimer is a legal agreement concerning Mobile Banking. You are required to accept this agreement before you can enroll in or use Mobile Banking.

Note: Universal Online Banker may present the disclaimer when you access your banking session after you have enrolled in Mobile Banking. This occurs if there have been changes to the agreement and your financial institution requires that you read and accept the modified terms of agreement.
