Mobile Banking Profile

The Mobile Banking Profile page is the main page from which you can select activities to manage or view mobile activity.

Option Description
Mobile Activity This option enables you to access the Mobile Banking Activity History page, where you can view the banking activity performed on your mobile account.
Mobile Phone Number Displays the mobile phone number, defined for your Mobile Banking account and enables you to change the number associated with Mobile Banking.
Mobile Activation Status Indicates whether your account is activated or deactivated and enables you to change the activation status
Mobile Enrollment Status Indicates whether you are enrolled in Mobile Banking and enables you to change your enrollment status
Mobile Preferences This option enables you to access the Change Mobile Preferences page, where you can set up which accounts you want to access using Mobile Banking and the banking feature you want to enable for each account.
Mobile Banking Application This option is only displayed if your financial institution provides mobile apps, such as an iPhone app.

A download link redirects you to the location from which you can download a mobile application.

Note: The available options are dependent upon configurations made by your financial institution.
