Mobile Banking Activity History

About this task

The Mobile Banking Activity History page enables you to view Mobile Banking activity based on a date range or for a specific number of days.

The following describes the results, based on the selected viewing options:

  • View History Based on a Date Range – When viewing history based on a date range, the information for the defined period of time is displayed in the Mobile Activity section of the page.
  • View History Based on a Number of Days – When viewing mobile history based on a number of days, the mobile activity that is displayed is based on the number of days defined in the field up to the current day. For example, if you want to view activity for the last 30 days you would enter 30 in the Display [number of] Days field.

    To view activity

Procedure

  1. Under View Activity, select either of the following viewing options.

    • Select Date Range

    • Display a number of Days

  2. Based on your viewing options selection, do either of the actions described in the table.

    If you select... Do this...
    Date Range In the From date field, enter the starting date for the date range in MM/DD/YYYY format.

    In the To date field, enter the ending date for the date range in MM/DD/YYYY format.
    Display a number of Days In the Display [number of] Days field, enter the number of days to include in the result.

  3. Click Change View. The information is displayed in the Mobile Activity section of the page.
