Manage Service Payment Registrations

Entitled users will be able to access the Manage Service Payment Registrations screen which will list all Service Registrations which have been created for your company. This link appears under the Manage section on the Payments menu.

Select All/None

Clicking the Select All button selects all items listed on the page. The column check boxes enable you to select one or more of the listed items and then perform an action on all of them at one time.

After selecting items, you can click one of the buttons below the list to perform that action. The buttons that are available depend on each user's entitlements in the system.

Registration Name

Name given to the registration during the service registration process.

Account Nickname - ID

Debit account nickname selected in the registration.

Service Company Name

Name of the Service Company associated with the registration.

Service Company Type

The Service Company Type.

Service Account ID

Company’s contract number or client ID with the service company.

Payment Method

Options are:

  • Manual - Indicates no invoices are presented online and company will make payments manually.
  • Manual Invoice - Indicates invoices are presented online and company will make payments manually.
  • Direct Debit – Indicates service has been enrolled for automatic direct debit.
Note: Direct Debit registrations that have both a create date and an invoice due date with today’s date will continue to be displayed with a payment method of Manual Invoice so that the company can make the current payment manually.
Last Modified By

Contains Login ID of last user to update the record.

Last Updated

Contains the date the record was last updated.

Status

The current processing status of the service registration.

Action

Select Action dropdown button with the following links:

  • Edit Registration - directs user to the Edit Colombia Service Registration screen.
  • Delete Registration - directs user to the Delete Colombia Service Registration screen.
  • Create Payment. This appears only if the Payment method is Manual with a status of Approved or Manual Invoice with a status of Confirmed. It directs the user to the Create Payment screen for Manual payment or to Create Payment screen with requested invoice only for a Manual Invoice payment. If no invoices are currently available for payment a message stating the no invoice is available will appear.
  • Authorize Direct Debit. This option appears only if the Payment Method is Manual Invoice. It directs user to the Register Direct Debit Service screen with Direct Debit field options which can then be completed to authorize the direct debit.
