Files Download
The Files Download page enables users to select a downloadable a file and save it to a local or network drive.
Note: To use this feature, the financial institution must configure the company for the download service.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| File Name | The default name of the file to be downloaded |
| Category | Category name you created for the file type to be downloaded |
| Date/Time Available | Date and time when the file is available for download
Note: The displayed time is relative to the financial institution's time zone.

| File Size | The size in megabytes of the file to be downloaded |
| Status | The file status which is one of these options:
Available – The file is ready for download. Downloaded – The file has been downloaded successfully. |
| Action | Possible action options are:
Download – Request the file to be saved to a local drive or network History – If this option appears, it is a link to the download history for the file. See Download History. |
