Edit Functional Access
The Edit Functional Access page enables you to configure the specific functions that a user can perform in the system.
- Company
The company name carries over from your log on.
- User ID/Name
The user ID and the user name carry over from the Create New User page.
- Functions
To set the new user's access to a function, click the check circle that corresponds to the function and one of these access options:
- No Access
- View Only
- View & Transact
To select all the functions in a section, click Select All.
To save your selections and return to the Entitle User page, click Save.
