Download History

The Download History page displays information about the downloads performed on a file by a company's users.

File Name

The default name of the file to be downloaded

Category

Category name you created for the file type to be downloaded

Date/Time Available

Date and time when the file is available for download

Note: The displayed time is relative to the financial institution's time zone.

File Size

The size in megabytes of the file to be downloaded

Status

The file status which is one of these options:

Available – The file is ready for download.

Downloaded – The file has been downloaded successfully.

User

The company user who performed the file download
