Deactivate Mobile Access

The Deactivate Mobile Access overlay is used to suspend access to Mobile Banking. Deactivating is intended for temporary use, such as during an extended vacation when Mobile Banking will not be accessed.

The advantage of deactivating a mobile account—as opposed to unenrolling from Mobile Banking—is that the mobile activity history prior to deactivating, as well as the account preference settings, are retained.

Note:
  • Resuming mobile activity, with the same accounts and preferences, assumes that your entitlements have not changed.
  • The availability of mobile activity history depends on how long the data is stored.
