Create Reminder
To create a new reminder, use the Create Reminder overlay, which appears when you click Create Reminder on the Manage Reminders page.
- Reminder Name
The reminder name
- Message
The body of the reminder message
- Frequency
Indicates the alert's schedule
Options are as follows:
- Once – Enter a date in the mm/dd/yyyy format, or select a date from the calendar.
- Weekly – Select a day of the week.
- Monthly – Select a day of the month.
- Yearly – Select a month and a day of the month.
- Time
The time of day to send the reminder in the international format, such as 15:00 for 3:00 P.M.
Note: The displayed time is relative to the financial institution's time zone.- Deliver To
The reminder is always delivered to your Message Center. To set additional delivery options, select the check box for a delivery option in the Nickname column.
