Create Panel Authorization Group
Panel authorization groups define one or more users that can be grouped together for approval purposes. The Panel Authorization Group page enables users to define up to five authorization groups, predefined by the system as Group A to Group E.
Note: Groups are not hierarchical in definition. For example, Group A users do not necessarily have more rights or significance than users in groups B to E.
- Panel Group
The name of the group from the list
Options are Group A to E.
- User List
A list of users available for addition to the current group
- Selected Users
A list of users assigned to the current group
- Move Selected
The arrows move a selected user or user group to the opposite user list.
- Move All
The arrows move all users from one user list to the other.
Note: Users can be assigned to more than one group, and groups can be included on multiple panels. Thus, a user can potentially be a qualified approver in numerous different panel/group scenarios, possibly at different limit tiers. Regardless of the number of different ways an approver qualifies, an approver can only approve an individual transaction once.
