Authorization Rule Advanced Search
The Authorization Rule Advanced Search overlay is the advanced search feature that lets you search for a rule based on more parameters than just rule names and account numbers. All of the rule search criteria pertain to the rule, not a specific transaction. For example, status refers to the current status of rules that are the focus of the search, not the status of ACH transactions. Similarly, the effective date is the date the rule became effective.

| Rule Name | Unique user-defined name for the rule |
| Account | Receiving account numbers to which this authorization rule applies |
| Amount | If the rule does not apply to all transactions, this field is the specific transaction amount that is the focus of the rule. The value can be a single amount or an amount range. |
| Transaction Type | Whether the applicable transactions for the rule are credit only, debit only, or both |
| Effective Date | The date the rule starts |
| Status | Current status of the rule |
