Add/Edit Preferred Bank

The Add Preferred Bank page enables you to define a bank that is not in the standard bank list. The banks you create are automatically considered preferred banks.

The Edit Preferred Bank page enables you do modify a bank you previously defined.

Note: You can edit only banks that you have created in the system.

Whether adding or editing a bank, the details are the same.

Bank Name: The name of the bank
Bank ID Type: The type of bank or branch identifier
Bank ID: The identifier of the bank, specific to the bank ID type

Note: The format required is determined by the selected bank ID Type.
Country: The country where the bank is located
Street Address: The street address of the bank
Address Line 2: The remainder of a long street address
City: The city where the bank is located
State/Province/ Region: Depending on the bank's country, the state, province, or other regional area where the bank is located
ZIP/Postal Code: The ZIP or other postal code of the bank

Note: A single bank can have multiple bank IDs, in which case the bank will appear multiple times in the list – once for each ID.

If you are viewing the Add Preferred Bank page, these are your options:

Continue – Saves the bank details and adds the bank to your list of preferred banks
Cancel – Returns to the Manage Banks page without saving the bank information

If you are viewing the Edit Preferred Bank page, these are your options:

Continue – Saves changes the changes to the bank information
Delete Bank – Removes the preferred bank details from the system
Cancel – Returns to the Manage Banks page without saving your changes
